Return & Exchange Policy : 

If a customer wishes to return a product, we are here to help! Carella's will offer a full product refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 14 days of the purchase. See below for important information about shipping costs.

Returned item(s) must be unused, include original packaging, and include receipt or proof of purchase. They must also be in the same condition in which they were received. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items : 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items or accessories

 

Situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable) include :

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of Carella's control
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after original purchase date

Refunds (if applicable) :

  • Once the return is received and inspected, Carella's will send the customer an email confirming the returned item was received and whether it has been approved or rejected for full/partial refund or exchange.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of approval. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

  • Please allow a full 7 days before inquiring about an approved refund. If refund is not seen after 7 days, please contact your credit card company. It may take several days before the refund is officially posted, depending on the payment method.
  • Next contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If refund is still not seen after contacting the bank, please chat or call us (609)-587-5823.

Sale Items (if applicable) :

  • Most regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. See above for clarification.

Exchanges (if applicable) :

  • Carella's will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is preferred, contact us for approval. After getting an approval, please send your item to: 2431 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township NJ 08619, United States. 

Gifts :

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the customer may receive a gift credit amounting to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send a digital refund/gift certificate to the gift giver and they will have knowledge of the recipient's return. 


IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The time it will take for an exchanged product to reach a customer may vary depending on location.

If shipping an item over $75, one should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Carella's cannot guarantee that the returned item will reach the necessary destination.
